Return & Exchanges
We've made this process easy steezy, and it goes like this:
- Send us an email to let us know you're returning or exchanging an item.
- Repack the item(s), a copy of the original invoice, plus a completed return/exchange form.*
- Mail the item(s) to:

*The return/exchange form and original invoice were included in your shipment for your convenience. If you need copies, you can download the return/exchange form. If you don't have the original invoice,
with your name and email address used for the purchase and we'll locate the information for you.
Don't take off that tag! If you need to return an item to Omtique for exchange or refund, it must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, still have the tags attached, and postmarked within 15 days from receipt of order. (If not, we cannot process the return and will send the item back to the customer at customer expense.)

or fill out the exchange form that was included in the original package. Exchanges usually require 1-3 business days. We will send you a follow-up email with a tracking number and mail-out date.
Refunds will be issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within 10 days (except shipping fee). We will send you an email to confirm the date of refund.
For international returns/exchanges, the customer will be responsible for shipping, customs, and duties fees.
